***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Mudeford Beach Retreat is a small dog friendly totally self contained Shepard’s hut with its own gated driveway, we are situated minutes walk from the award winning Avon beach and in the other direction along the dog friendly beach to stunning Highcliffe castle. Very central location to the Harbour hotel, pubs and restaurants and Mudeford quay where you can jump on the ferry over to Hengisbury head. Available all year round.

As the sun goes down, a starlit canopy is unveiled for a magical evening. In the morning, wake up and dive straight into the sea for a refreshing swim!
