Das Haus ist Teil einer Doppelhaushälfte, an einem Hügel gebaut und damit immer wohl temperiert weil immer leicht windig und ragt aus den anderen Häusern hervor. Die zweite Doppelhaushälfte wird von Cate bewohnt die sich während euren Aufenthaltes euer Ansprechpartner sein wird. Der Zugang zum Haus und einem der Zimmer ist behindertengerecht
