This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

Set 2 km from Mullingar town, you can enjoy the countryside with child friendly ducks, chickens, miniature pigs, alpacas and pygmy goats outside on the property. Fully fitted kitchen and sitting room area and 2 ensuite bedrooms. Electronic gate and outside seating area. 3km to Equestrian centre, 1km to Mullingar golf club and Bloomfield Hotel. 2km to the greenway. 2 stables available, additional small free for use of stables per night. Strictly no noise after 12 as adjacent to family home.

The stables is found nestled down a private laneway next to the world renowned phoenix park, Europe's largest city park. it offers an elegant & tranquil " country-side in the city " feel. Guests have direct access to scenic & historic surroundings in this leafy neighbourhood where deer roam yet this serene sanctuary is only 15 minutes from the hustle & bustle of Dublin city. We are located 15 minutes from Dublin airport & the area is well serviced by the 37 bus 100 metres from the door.

The West Wing

The West Wing is a cosy apartment that sleeps max 3. One double bed and 1 small single in a shared room. Situated directly on the Royal Canal greenway, it is the perfect location for keen walkers or cyclists who want a quiet place to stay. There is a pub across from the house, just a short walk home! The Hill of Down is a handy spot for touring the Boyne Valley and is 20 minutes from Trim, famous for its beautiful castle. It is also 20 minutes from Mullingar in County Westmeath.

The Old Willow Forge

Peacock House

The Peacock House is located within the Lismore Demesne. It was once the dairy and workers cottage. From the 1980s onwards it was used to house peacocks, giving the cottage its name. After being left dormant for 80 years it was lovingly restored three years ago. These days it is a bright and cozy cottage offering tranquil views of mature trees and park land. There is private access to forest walks along the Doney Stream just outside the doorstep.

Old RIC Barracks-period house in Straffan village

This former barracks of the Royal Irish Constabulary was built in the 1820s and has now been converted into a beautiful home. Hotwell House - Boutique Luxury in Old Coach House

Hotwell is a beautiful, Late Georgian farmhouse built in 1838. It is unusual in that it is home to a holy well and one of Ireland's only warm springs, St. Gorman's Well, which flows with warm water during the winter. Guests stay in the beautifully renovated stone Coach House and have full use of the grounds including sauna, tennis court and garden games.
