Open plan living, modern kitchen and a unique bathroom, all with large windows that bring the outdoors in. A covered deck deck bathes in sunshine + looks across the garden you share with rescue hens who lay fresh eggs for breakfast! Doors open directly from the bedroom to a 2nd deck shaded by the canopy of a Poinciana tree

Situated in a quiet, family-oriented neighbourhood, the flat is right next to our house. This is therefore suited for people who want a place to ‘chillax’ before and after a day/night at the phenomenal town of Byron Bay. We recommend that you book a place right in the middle of town if you are after somewhere inside the Byron town. We are 30mins leisurely walk/7mins car ride away from the town itself. Self-contained flat with a good-sized kitchen, sleeps 4 comfortably, but able to fit 5 people.

From the moment you step through the gate, you feel the relaxed Byron vibe! It's a 2 min walk to Baz & Shaz's 'pantry', 7 mins to Suffolk village, and 15 mins to Tallow Beach. The centre of bustling Byron is a 10 min drive. The Suite has a king-sized dbl bed, ensuite, private entry, private verandah and courtyard with table and chairs, and a desk in a nook. There's a kitchen cupboard with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, kettle and crockery suitable for breakfasts and managing takeaway.

Sorry no dogs as we have a dog that loves people but not other dogs. 15 minutes to Minyon Falls and the Nightcap National park. 30 minutes to iconic Nimbin. 35 minutes to Byron Bay.

We are 35 minutes from Gold Coast and Ballina Byron Airports. **Unfortunately we do not host children under 12 years old. We do not host pets. Sanitised and sparkling clean !!! This one bedroom unit with a comfortable queen size bed, one bathroom and separate sitting/lounge area is a central location and is quiet and private. The outside sitting area under the fragrant frangipani tree and garden is tranquil and relaxing for an afternoon drink. Crisp white linen is provided along with beach towels. The unit is airconditioned with TV, Netflix and free WIFI.
