The house is situates in the centre of Mumbles villlage, just behind many boutique shops and restaurants. Everything you could possibly want is available just a short walk away! Situated within walking distance of beaches, cliff walks and the village of Mumbles. Enclosed south-west facing back garden with patio. Parking on the road in a cul-de-sac. 3 bedrooms: 1 with king size bed, 1 with twin beds and 1 with bunk beds for children. Upstairs shower room. WiFi. Cosy lounge with Smart TV with Freeview. Well stocked Kitchen/diner including dishwasher and fridge freezer. Sun room overlooking the enclosed back garden. Washing machine and dryer. 1 well behaved dog welcome.

Romantic home a few minutes from the seafront.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

Fully equipped characterful 200 year old cottage in an enviable location a few steps from mumbles promenade with off-road parking for 2 vehicles & private garden. A short walk or cycle along the flat seafront promenade takes you to vibrant Mumbles with a wide range of restaurants, cafe-bars, pubs, independent shops and food shops. The stunning Gower peninsula, Three cliffs Bay, Rhosilli, Worms head and coastal walks are a short drive. Swansea Uni, Wales National Pool, Clyne gardens nearby.

Close to the beach, restaurants and castle, my centrally-located house in the much loved village of Mumbles is the perfect place for a family or group getaway! “Tŷ Glas” was my home for 12 years and having now moved nearby, I have renovated the property ready to share it and welcome visitors to the area to enjoy their escape to the Mumbles coast. As a dedicated host, I can’t wait to welcome you to accommodation located only 2 mins walk from Mumbles village and 10 mins from Langland Bay.

Langland Cove, Beautiful Seaside Retreat, Mumbles

The top entry in The New York Times list of places to Love, is little old Mumbles. We are superhosts and our place is available through airbnb and directly on our website (Langland Cove, see pictures). The property consists of seven bedrooms over three floors, is spacious and well equipped - perfect for families and groups. The beach is at the bottom of the road (150m away) and we are within the Gower Peninsula with the restaurants and pubs of Mumbles just a 10-min walk away.

In a quiet cul-de-sac with parking and enclosed rear garden, this is a newly refurbished house 5 mins walk away from the seafront with shops, bars and restaurants. The path at the side leads to the castle gardens which is a short cut to the vibrant fishing village of Mumbles. It is quiet and peaceful with everything you need for a perfect coastal retreat. There is off road parking and an EV charger for which usage is billed at the end of the stay, if appropriate.

Bright yet cosy home in the heart of vibrant Mumbles but tucked away on a quiet street. Only a 2 minute walk to the seafront with great bars, cafés and restaurants, and 10 minutes from beautiful sandy beaches. We live here part-time, so this is very much our family home. It’s best suited to families or friends looking for a relaxed, peaceful stay. Guests are very welcome to enjoy themselves, but the house isn’t suitable for parties or late-night gatherings.
