Durch die Lage im Zentrum von München könnt ihr in nur wenigen Gehminuten das Glockenbachviertel, das bunte Treiben am Viktualienmarkt, das Oktoberfest, sowie den Marienplatz hautnah erleben..

Kleines, neu renoviertes Appartment in einfacher Umgebung in der Münchener City Ost, das ich in der Woche für Projektarbeit in München selbst nutze und ansonsten gern vermiete. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz ist 100m entfernt mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor = 2 Stationen, Messe = 9 Stationen). Geschäfte wie Bäcker, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann und Apotheke sind in Fußnähe. Sehr empfehlenswertes Italienisches Restaurant und weitere interessante Gastronomie ebenfalls. Enjoy your stay! ☃️
