Nastanite ima: toplotno črpalko, talno gretje, rekuperacijo zraka, klimatsko napravo, wi-fi, veliko TV z ravnim zaslonom, vso belo tehniko. Pred hišo je brezplačno parkirišče video nadzor. Ena terasa je pod jadri, druga terasa s prestižno opremo je pokrita. Apartma ponuja spalnico (1), kopalnico (1), posteljnino, brisače, serviete, jedilnico, popolnoma opremljeno kuhinjo.

In the midst of nature, 10 min by car from coastal town of Koper, lies Park Istra, that offers apartment for 5 people and house that can host up to 16 people. Park Istra is a non-profit volunteering organisation. Renting out our capacities for a few months per year helps us to support charity activities in our region. The proximity of Slovenian coast, world top climbing sites and preserved nature are the special features of Park Istra.

Oddaljeni smo 5 min ad avtoceste, 17 min do Kopra, 20 min do Trsta, 40 min do Opatije. Kjer se v neokrnjeni naravi srečajo Kras, Mediteran, Kraški rob in Slavnik, tam se nahaja tudi gostilna s tradicijo "Pod Slavnikom".
