Munising Getaway

My place is close to great views, family-friendly activities, the beach, restaurants and dining, and art and culture. My place is less than one mile from snowmobile trails and you can begin your day of riding right from the house. There is plenty of parking for multiple trucks with trailers. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Furnace Lake Overlook - near Pictured Rocks!

Pictured Rocks Family Rentals welcomes you to Furnace Lake Overlook. Beautiful home with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Bedroom 1 has king bed and bunk beds with a sliding barn door separating them, while bedroom 2 has a queen bed. This home has a beautiful view overlooking Furnace Lake, but does not have lake access. The home has a nice deck on back with a heated 4' above ground pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (9/15/25 this year). Less than 5 miles from Munising, the beginning of PRNL

Located 20 minutes from Marquette and 30 minutes from Munising, our home offers a quiet place to relax and feel close to nature.

Centrally located near Escanaba (16mi), Munising (48mi), and Marquette (52mi) The home is situated off of US2, easy access from many areas but is a main road for traffic so can be a bit busier during certain times. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This is newly built home designed to resemble a train depot on the outside and made to be a comfortable and relaxing space inside. There is a boxcar and a caboose on the property that are being rehabbed and will eventually be available to rent on this property also. It is approximately a 15 minute drive to downtown Marquette.
