The Dockhouse Kinsale

The Dockhouse is a luxury waterfront property overlooking Kinsale Harbour on the Wild Atlantic Way in West Cork. The spacious 3-bedroom passive house is designed to have a minimal impact on the environment, whilst offering guests a relaxing escape in the centre of Kinsale close to the many excellent restaurants and bars as well as the many local attractions Kinsale has to offer. The Old Church Hall, Ballydehob.

A 200-year-old church hall, transformed into a uniquely spacious & stylish townhouse, accommodating 4 guests in comfort. Terracotta flooring throughout with underfloor heating and a solid-fuel stove. The open-plan layout consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a double-height living/dining area. The bedroom has a King-size bed (200cmx150cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is a spacious mezzanine with two single beds. This mezzanine overlooks the open-plan living room.

The Boathouse - Seclusion by the sea

A perfect base to explore West Cork Surrounded by wild coast, ancient land and protected wetlands. Wild swim at the beautiful beach only a 150m from your doorstep. Beautifully converted using natural building materials, the space is light, peaceful and open, heated with a cosy wood burner. The interior is handmade, restored or salvaged by us. We provide sourdough, homemade jam, a homemade tipple & a few staples on arrival. A rural retreat right in the heart of vibrant West Cork.

Black Lodge - Sea view with deck & garden

Our elegant and peaceful garden lodge has stunning sea views and is located a 5 minute walk from two long beaches, Garrettstown and Garrylucas. The renowned gourmet town of Kinsale is less than ten minutes by car and the airport is just a 30 minutes drive. The local area is a mecca for surfers, swimmers, cyclists and those who just want to go for long peaceful walks on one of the many local beaches. The local village is Ballinspittle, which offers all the basics and a few surprises.

Courtyard cottages

This cottage is one of six cottages in a restored courtyard . Each cottage is individually designed with lots of attention to detail. On arrival the guests will be greeted with freshly baked scones and a welcome basket. Fresh flowers in all the rooms and fires and candles lighting in the winter months. The cottages are a mix of modern with a vintage style and are extremely relaxing for both couples and families. The images are a mixture of the different cottages we have available.

Bluebell Cottage, Adare Village

Bluebell Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old home built by the Dunraven family of Adare Manor as accommodation for some of their servants. Located just a few yards outside the entrance gate to the award winning, world famous Adare Manor Hotel and Golf Resort. The cottage has been completely transformed in 2023 in to a beautiful luxurious home beside all the amenities that the charming village has to offer. Suitable for golfers, friends, couples or families.

The Turf Cottage

Traditional meets modern in this fully renovated Farm Cottage set on a working smallholding. A spacious loft bedroom with a cosy reading nook overlooks fields and animals, while dramatic mountain and valley views fill the windows with light. Built with locally sourced timber and stone, and finished with custom cabinetry and artisan furnishings, it’s a one-of-a-kind retreat—perfect after hiking, cycling, farm life, meditation, or nights of lively trad music.

Breakers Beach House, Ladies Beach, Ballybunion.

Architecturally designed beach house with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Just as beautiful in the winter as the summer. Hot shower out the back for when you come in from your sea swim or surf. Perfect for a nature getaway on the Wild Atlantic Way, where you can enjoy long walks on our 3 beautiful beaches, Cliff Walk or a golf holiday to play the world renowned Ballybunion Golf Course... We have Netflix and Starlink internet

Harbour Lights

If you love the ocean, you will love this place. It is an ocean front property directly on the sea, looking at the Bere Island Lighthouse, very quite and private within walking distance to Castletownbere. It has a private automatic gate and the property has a slipway to the sea. Beautiful area to go canoeing. Seals can be seen from time to time. You can watch the Castletownbere fishing boat going out to sea.

Teach tinteán teolaí

300 year old traditional Irish cottage made from clay and stone. Historical "open house" where people gathered for stories and tunes. Carefully restored using traditional methods. Emerse yourself in nature off the beaten trail. Relax on the sheepskin rugs beside a wood fire. Enjoy a morning or evening sauna. Only 15 minutes to ennis yet remotely situated on a national walking route.

Captain Lysley's Retreat, Adare 10 mins

‘Like something out of a magazine!’ Our home is a Georgian country house built in 1831. Fully renovated in recent years, the house is bursting with character and charm where relaxation with family and friends is the order of the day. We are ideally situated very close to the picturesque heritage village of Adare, with all the main tourist sites of Kerry and Clare an hour away.
