We offer three unique Shepherd's huts for your stay at Ballyroe - that's glamping as it's best! The huts have a lot of space and you can expect all the amenities you need through your stay. The huts include a kitchenette, a bathroom and a queen-size bed, so even if the weather is not nice (it could happen in West Cork...) you can stay inside your cozy hut and read a book or just listen to the local birds. We are perfectly located to explore West Cork. Just 4km outside the village of Leap.

Blarney Castle and Gardens (10 mins), beautiful beaches like Inch Beach in County Cork (40 mins), the Jameson Experience Midleton (15 mins) are some of the many beautiful places nearby.

We are situated on the Beara Peninsula, just up the road from Helen's Bar in Kilmackilogue. Our Shepherds Hut called The Bothy, overlooks the sea, and is three minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.
