A spacious renovated farm offering room for 12 to 16 people in total. The Een zeer ruime modern verbouwde boerderij die plaats biedt aan 12 tot 16 personen in totaal. The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. Combined with the rural location, a stay in the farm offers a unique experience.

De villa is uitgerust met een schitterende keuken met kookeiland. De 3 slaapkamers zijn voorzien van heerlijke boxspring-bedden. Stap naar buiten en geniet van de prachtige fiets- en wandelroutes door bos en heide. In de zomer zwem je in het prachtige blauwe meer. Bezoek ook de Kolonien van Weldadigheid (Unesco Erfgoed).

(8-16 personen) Dit vrijstaande Herenhuis uit 1935 bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Emmen op slechts enkele minuten lopen van uitgaan, station, bos, Wildlands en het Rensenpark. Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. De gehele bovenwoning is ruim de helft van deze Villa met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. De minimale boeking is 8 personen 2 nachten. Ben je met minder? Stuur dan eerst een bericht voordat je boekt. Eindschoonmaak tegen meerprijs indien gewenst

Het huis is heel ruim en beschikt over een zeer luxe keuken met wijnklimaatkast, Finse sauna met infrarood en buitendouche, BBQ en grote bostuin (2.400m2). Binnen is het sfeervol ingericht met veel gezelschapspelletjes, een platenspeler met LP's en bluetoothboxen. De kinderen verdwijnen meteen in het grote hangnet om te chillen. En jij kunt genieten van je gezelschap en de vogelgeluiden om je heen.

Villa Issum is history. The monumental villa dates from 1914, has been completely renovated into group accommodation and is fully equipped, without affecting the authentic atmosphere. The beautiful terrazzo still adorns the floors. The house is located in Germany in the village of Issum, only a 30-minute drive from Venlo. The atmosphere is friendly, cozy and there are always fresh flowers. Play a game of jeu de boules and have breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace in the garden.
