The renovation of a 150 years old house is an exciting challenge. The goal is to preserve the traditional architecture, but in the same time to provide the comfort of the 21st century. This beautiful wooden house is in Énlaka, a small Transylvanian village, surrounded by nature. Izgalmas feladat a mai kor igényeire formálni egy 150 éves házat. Úgy fújni le a port a régiről, hogy az ne a műanyag csillogás múló divatja felé szálljon, de túlságosan a múltba se ragadjon, giccsesen nosztalgiázva.

The comfortable studio-house is conveniently close to the city center (15 minutes walk), at the base of the forest of Platoul Cornesti, giving the feel of a country house in the middle of the city. An alternative to your regular town-flats, where you can unwind and enjoy the chilled setting, while being close to the city buzz.

Recommended for up to 4 adults and 3 children, the property has a secluded patio with a view across the wooded hills. Dating back to the 17th century, Durutya House has been sensitively restored, offering rustic character alongside a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast room, two bathrooms and free Wifi.
