Guest Suite in the Mansion [5 STAR]

Expansive 1550 sq ft guest suite in our home. We live upstairs. 20 min to downtown and 20 min to Franklin. Includes a private entrance with no stairs, kitchen, living area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Beautiful, peaceful back yard with open night sky and fireflies on warm summer nights. Keyless entry, Wi-Fi, and plenty of privacy. More affordable and spacious than 2 hotel rooms. We encourage you to compare our reviews to local hotels. Our 2nd floor apartment is a detached 600sq.ft living space over a 2 car garage. We built this apartment by ourselves in 2012. This space is not lived in by us. We have designated its use only for guests. This is a small space but has everything you need to have a great stay. We live on site in our home . Apartment is located only 3mi from I24. MTSU and downtown Murfreesboro are both 6mi away. Downtown Nashville is 35mi. BNA Nashville International is 30mi away.

Our very cool one bedroom apartment (950 sf) is above our 3 car garage. Our home is a 5 acre farm with chickens, sheep and gardens. If you come in the summer you can pick your own blueberries. There is a beautiful patio with a fireplace where is a pleasure to just seat and drink your coffee or a glass of wine. We really have the best of both worlds; peacefulness of country with the convenience of town!

The Cozy Studio in The 'Boro

Our Cozy Studio is a 1 bed/bath and full kitchen with everything you may need for a stay and it is spacious for a sólo or a couple trip, nicely decorated and furnished to make your stay comfortable. It has its own A/C unit, a nice 55" tv, and a nice queen bed. It's a Self-Check in Space and private for 1 night up to 30 nights. note: it's NOT the WHOLE HOUSE it's a studio divided by a wall.
