This tastefully decorated small cottage is conveniently located just three blocks to downtown Highlands. Just a 10-12 minute walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. Also within walking distance is The Botanical Gardens, Sunset Rock, and Kelsey-Hutchinson Park. There are several trails directly accessible from the doorsteps of this creek side sweet spot. A spacious cottage with gorgeous Mountain Views!

If your idea of a vacation is serenity and relaxation, then the Deerfield Cottage is for you. The property sits on 12 acres, nestled in the Wayah valley just six miles from historical Franklin, NC. In the early mornings or at dusk, look for the deer that frequent the property. Often you will see fawns frolicking in the field under the fruit trees. A 100 year old corn crib harkens back to the early days when this land was part of a working farm.

Cade’s Place cottage is our restored guest cottage at Shady Oaks Farm. We have kept a rustic theme but have the modern comforts of today including wifi, usb ports, heat/ac, a large patio with an hot tub and a cozy gas fireplace. We are located 3 miles from the trendy shops and fabulous restaurants of downtown Clayton. 7 miles north of Tallulah Falls. Wineries, distilleries, golf courses, boating, waterfalls and hiking are also nearby.
