The home offers a full eat-in kitchen with bar stools + farmhouse table, an office nook, sitting area by the fireplace, living room + laundry room. Covered back deck overlooks land + salt water pool, which is maintained year-round but is not heated. 1/2 bath by pool. Catch and release fishing welcome at the pond! Spacious farm house in the Dalton Bedroom Community of Beaverdale. Totally remodeled 3 years ago this location is very near many Wedding Venues, Sporting Venues, & sits at the foothills to the Cohutta Wilderness Area. Nearby activities include hiking, mountain biking, kayak/canoeing, golf, disc golf, etc. The entire house is one level & has a low wheelchair ramp from the garage to the living areas. Interior doors are 32”-34” doors with the exception of the 2nd bathroom which is 30”.
