Rothesay Cottage: Your petite suite on Cosmo.

Situated one block from Town Square, Rothesay Cottage consists of the front rooms of an original 1870s home, moved from Newbury by steam tractor in 1928. The overall style is a hybrid of 1870s and 1920s Art Deco to reflect its history. Your queen room boasts a stunning period bedroom suite complete with ensuite. Your snug (cosy lounge) includes the original operational Edwardian fireplace with a modern cupboard kitchenette. The front verandah has been enclosed to create a sunroom with daybed.

This beautiful ground-level villa provides private boutique accommodation within a relaxing environment. The patio provides stunning views across the lush garden to the Quarry Street Reserve directly opposite the property. It's only a short 5-minute stroll through the reserve to the High Street where you will find the Cosmopolitan Hotel (fondly referred to as the Cosmo) Trentham Hotel, Annie Smither's Du Fermier Restaurant and an array of delightful shops, cafes and the famous Red Beard Bakery.

Farm Cottage

A fully equipped kitchen, large living/dining room with wood fire, large bathroom, & second toilet. There are 3 bedrooms; one with queen size bed, a cot and two single beds. The next has a queen bed three singles and cot. The third has a queen sized bed. A large wood heater warms the whole house, as well a split system air conditioner for the summer. we provide all bedding & towels. It has a lovely front veranda and an large outdoor glassed entertaining area, fully fenced with grassed play area

Bushies Love Shack

Welcome to Bushies Love Shack. The naming of the love shack came about upon purchasing the property some 8 years ago. Fay's father, at the time 90 years of age, and his girlfriend, 91 years of age, automatically named it the Love Shack as they envisaged, once renovated, them sitting in bed, playing cards and taking in the view and so the name stuck. In keeping with the name, we have created a luxurious, romantic space for two.

Dijon

Dijon is a small but charming, self-contained studio space with one queen sized bed, kitchenette, couch and table within that area. Set in a spacious garden it comes equipped with some breakfast provisions, cooking basics, separate bathroom area and outdoor garden seating. It is only a short walk to the Hepburn Bathhouse, cafes, and therapy providers or alternatively, bushland walking tracks.

Tipsy Hill is located at Forster, just across the river from Walker Flat. Tipsy Hill is well known for its amazing scenery, bird watching and access to a quiet lagoon. Enjoy the magic sunsets over the River. Please be aware the bathroom is separate from the room. It requires you to walk 10 metres across a carport to the outside bathroom.
