Guests have their own private riverbank with large undercover entertaining area equipped with everything required to enjoy a long day on the river. Guests enjoy the provided Kayaks or bring their own boat to moor at River Life's jetty. The main house features an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge along with five bedrooms, three with queen size beds, and two bunk rooms.

The Loft at Beachport is a brand new, Hampton style luxury accommodation. It is within a short walk to the back beach, and an easy walking distance to the Main Street, shops, cafe, hotel and Rivoli Bay and jetty. It has provision to sleep six people comfortably, with two bedrooms downstairs, both with full ensuites, and another queen bed upstairs in the loft. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances. A huge deck is the perfect spot for relaxing with a private vista.

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river.
