Spend your vacation by the sea in a standalone house reserved just for you! Enjoy our spacious house in an unique, exclusive location with a large terrace facing the sea, in the pine shade and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. Jump in the sea in front of the house or relax on our sun terrace on the beach. It is located 1,5 km of pleasant walk along the coast to Primosten center. It has 55 m2 with two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with kitchen and dining area and a large terrace.

Es ist ideal für größere Gruppen oder Familien, die ein Haus in einer ruhigen Lage direkt am Strand haben wollen. Das Haus bietet alles was ein klassisches Ferienhaus benötigt. Die meisten Räume sind frisch renoviert oder aufbereitet worden. Um auf die Insel zu kommen, muss man eine Fähre benutzen, die fast Stündlich zwischen 5 Uhr morgens und bis 1 Uhr in der Nacht fährt.

It's ideal for a family summer vacation in a quiet area but bars and restaurants are easily accessible by foot. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On the property you ll have main house Jardin, garden, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and pool house; you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.
