There is a private parking (included in the price) in front of the house which is really rare in the historic center. The apartments also have a swimming pool in the garden at their disposal, as well as an outdoor roofed terrace with dining area and barbecue/grill facilities.The pool is filled with saltwater, without the addition of chlorine. The owners also live in the property.

It's a non-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do it outside, not inside.
