Rue du Malonat, dans la vieille ville, au calme, à 4 min à pied des plages, je vous mets à disposition mon appartement très calme, en toit terrasse avec vue panoramique mer de la colline du chateau jusqu'à l'Esterel. Terrasse de 12m² très ensoleillée. Appartement tout confort : climatisation, Wifi, cuisine et salle de douche entièrement équipées. Chambre séparée. Grand canapé lit dans le salon. Emplacement idéal pour passer un très agréable séjour sur Nice à pied. A bientôt. Animaux refusés.

Old town close Rossetti, and Saleya, cosy

Centrally located in the old town, though quiet as it is away from the busy streets, you have a lot of typical Nice restaurants only 2 min away, the beach is 5 min walking as well. The apartment offers all amenities: extra fast fiber internet for Netflix and remote working, Air Conditioning, Washing machine, dish washer. The ceiling has old wooden beams which at the lowest, in the bedroom, are 1.75 meters high, good to know for tall people. The access to the bathroom is through the bedroom.
