The bedroom, being inside the apartment, is quiet and no noise can be heard at night. In addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate two more guests. Despite being located in an old building, the apartment has been carefully restored and updated to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay for guests. Although it should be noted that the property does not have an elevator, the charm and authenticity of the historic building compensate for this small limitation. In short, this apartment is a unique option for those looking for an authentic Madrid experience with an unbeatable location in the Plaza de Comendadoras. With its modern bedroom, full bathroom and balcony with views, this apartment is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the city at its best. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: For hygienic reasons, food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea are not provided. It also has an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, boiler, heating (heat pump), air conditioning and ceiling fans. Other IMPORTANT features to be aware of: - Despite being a very popular area, it can be somewhat noisy and bustling, especially on weekends and evenings. - The area is quite busy, which can result in a constant flow of people and traffic on nearby streets. - Parking availability in the area can be limited, so if you are traveling by car, it can be difficult to find parking. - It is a second floor without elevator. External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Cot option available for travellers with babies for a supplement. Supplement of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for a supplement of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros.
