Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

Home to some of the best Salmon Fishing and Trout Fishing on the island as well as endless miles of logging and resource roads for recreation vehicles. Snowshoes available at the cabin. Built in 1915 this newly renovated sawmill/general store/work shop (building Newfoundland boats) was given a new life in 2021! This cottage boasts breathtaking workmanship with its original beams and flooring. Located Centre of town and oceanside you will fall in love with the view, sunsets and our beautiful town.
