Lake Wabasis is about 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. And excellent fishing all year long.

For anglers, boaters, and beach lovers, hunters, color tourists, trail runners, seekers of and adventure, culture, arts and entertainment, this place is a gem.

Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting),
