Located in Costa Ilios; a car-free gated community with Cycladic village architecture, Mediterranean gardens and rock formations. Walk to the private beach, or seawater pool. A 7 minute drive to Mykonos town, our tranquil home is a relaxing base to explore the island. We welcome all guest over 25 years, a valid Photo ID is required at the time of booking.

Stay Waterfront – Stunning 6-Bedroom Villa Annita

Villa Annita, 231sq.m on a 1008sq.m property, located right on the water in Kanalia. The main house has 5 bedrooms, 5 renovated bathrooms & kitchen and a 6th guest room separate from the main house, in the back garden, offered at an extra charge of 180€ per night when the number of guests exceeds 10, or upon request. The villa has a 12mX8m saltwater swimming pool, a bbq, multiple lounge/eating areas, outdoor 7 seater jacuzzi & Starlink fast internet. Price includes a 2h daily cleaning service.
