Απολαύστε τις διακοπές σας σε ένα ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα (90τ.μ) με μεγάλο κήπο και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Το σπίτι απέχει 1km από τη θάλασσα και από το κέντρο της Μύρινας ( περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια). Είναι κατάλληλα σχεδιασμένο για οικογενειακές διακοπές ή διακοπές με φίλους. Διαθέτει κλιματιστικό και στα 3 υπνοδωμάτια, πλυντήριο 7kg, wi-fi με γρήγορη σύνδεση και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Και τα τρία υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν καινούργια κρεβάτια με αναπαυτικά στρώματα μεγέθους king size.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στον παραθαλάσσιο οικισμό Άγιος Γιάννης της Λήμνου. Πρόκειται για σπίτι περίπου 40 τ.μ., που αποτελείται από σαλονοκουζίνα, ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, ένα μπάνιο και απέχει λίγα μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ, beach bars, και ταβέρνες. Διατίθενται ηλεκτρικές συσκευές (πιστολάκι, σίδερο, τοστιέρα, βραστήρας και air condition). Η πρωτεύουσα του νησιού, Μύρινα, απέχει περίπου δεκαπέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.
