Beautiful cottage, idyllic nature, near StockholmC

This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Unique location. Beach, jacuzzi and close to city.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Lilla huset vid sjön

Specifikt utformat för att passa paret med aktiva intressen som önskar ett romantiskt retreat på tu man hand, endast ca 30 min från Stockholm. Det här är paradiset på riktigt! Låna SUP:en, vandra längs Värmdöleden eller gå till Strömma kanal och se båtarna passera förbi. Njut av makalös sjöutsikt från både spabad och tevesoffa och bli inte förvånad om ett rådjur passerar förbi. Eftersom värdparet själv ibland laddar batterierna här är köket fullutrustat och inredningen vald med största omsorg.

Our house is located close to Kottlasjön ( a lake), Breviksbadet (swimmingpools), the sea, supermarket, two restaurants, cafés, playgrounds, runningtracks in the forest and it is ten minutes drive from Stockholm city. You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.

Mysigt litet hus med skärgårdsmiljö utanför husknuten, Stockholms inlopp med förbipasserande båtar och stora fartyg. Njut av magiska solnedgångar mitt framför huset. Lugnt och fridfullt villaområde med närhet till mycket natur, djurliv och vatten. Endast 15 minuter bilresa till city/slussen. Huset ligger enskilt på tomt vid återvändsgata med altan, gräsyta & parkeringsplats. Närhet till stan men samtidigt bo fridfullt i skärgårdsmiljö. Dubbelsäng på loft. Vi rekommenderar bil, kuperat område.

Bra kommunikationer till city, nyrenoverad villa

Helt nyrenoverad och högt belägen villa med 500 meter till havet. Duvnäs är tryggt och barnvänligt med vacker skärgårdsnatur. Väldigt bra kommunikationer med flera direktbussar in till stan. Ljusa stora rum och öppen planlösning. Fyra sovrum och två badrum. Stort kök med vackra granitskivor, köksö och utgång till stor altan. Gasolgrill och studsmatta och flera utegrupper. Underbar, solig och insynsskyddad tomt på lugn gata. Du har både Stockholm och skärgården, havet och klippor inpå knuten.

Frequent buses depart every 5–11 minutes to Slussen, the heart of Södermalm, with a travel time of approximately 15 minutes. On-site parking is available (first spot on the left). Our stunning home was completed in 2013, it is built on a cliff overviewing the waterways leading into Stockholm. South aspect with views stretches from east to west. Private beach, jetty and wood fired sauna . The house has one master bedroom, 2 bedrooms plus a small cabin (guest house, bedroom no 4, available summer time only). The deck has a lounge, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and open fireplace/BBQ. We are located 30 min from downtown Stockholm, 10 minutes from a shopping centre.
