Lots of room to roam, walk a dog, keep a boat, horse, fish two ponds with bass. 8 miles from Lufkin or Diaboll, 7 miles from Angelina College. 20 minutes from Sam Rayburn. New two-bedroom country cottage. The property is very clear with lots of room. Events could be hosted "on the farm"! Exceptionally clean and has every thing you need for a short weekend or an extended stay. Eff has full size kitchen and washer and dryer. It has two seating areas outside, one is covered and one under the stars and ambience lights around firepit. There is two grills provided, one gas and one charcoal to suit you. The Garden house is a cozy and modern farmhouse that offers relaxation, privacy, outdoor lounging, beautiful sunsets and an out of town feeling without being too far from town! This house has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath/shower with plenty of vanity space, living room with TV/satellite, WIFI and kitchen that is open concept, new and working appliances, laundry room, half bath, wet bar area, front and back porches and an outdoor swing! The property is gated!

Rolling Hills Entire Guesthouse Breakfast included

Quiet country setting on five acres but only four miles from town. Plenty of privacy but the hosts live on property just a call or text away. The dining room table easily seats 8 for meals, playing cards/games we have available. The guesthouse has a fully equipped kitchen or use the gas grill and you can eat outside on the private patio surrounded by tall pines and watch/listen to nature. We also have a fire pit to enjoy a warm evening outdoors.
