Είναι εξοπλισμένο με πλήρη κουζίνα, φούρνο, εστίες μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα κλπ. Έχει επίσης βεράντα περίπου 30τμ με τραπέζι και καρέκλες κατάλληλη για χαλάρωση. Just 800m (10 minutes walk) from the centre of Naplio, 1km (15 minutes walk) from Sintagma Square and 3km from Castle Palamidi.
