広さ339㎡。元々はペンションだった建物をリフォームして、一棟貸しの宿にしました。 リビング・ダイニングは広々２５畳以上！ ソファーでも絨毯の上でも寝そべる事ができます。 ハンモックは２種類あります！ 中庭にはバーベキュー場（ご利用頂けるのは4月〜11月）があります。屋根（開閉式）付きなので雨の日も安心！ １Fにはフィンランド式サウナもあります！ 給湯器及びトイレは４台新品に交換済み！ 共用部分の壁紙も張替済み！ また、この建物はバリアフリーです。１Fは玄関から１部屋を除いて段差がありません。 ＴＶは６５インチが２台。 また、暖炉で焚火が楽しめます。 お部屋は全部で１１室。 全部屋ベッド仕様で３１台。 ３部屋には部屋内にTVがあります。 お風呂は大風呂と水風呂に適した小風呂と２種類あります。 お食事はバーベキューや鍋を楽しんで頂けるよう、カセットコンロを１２台ご用意。 網焼き、たこ焼き、鉄板焼きなど、アクセサリープレートも５種類。食器も豊富です。 洗濯機と乾燥機もあります。 標高1750ｍの環境で、春は新緑、夏は涼風、秋は紅葉、冬はスキーをお楽しみ頂けます。
