Il rustico la Terrazza offre due comode camere da letto una matrimoniale e una con letto singolo nella zona giorno c'è un divano. La cucina dispone di frigorifero e frizer nuovo lavastoviglie e forno cucina nuovi, vi è anche una stufa in ole, può essere utilizzata solo previa accordo con la proprietà, forniamo la legna a pagamento. Si forniscono coperte e cuscini ma bisogna che gli ospiti si portino copri piumini o copri trapunte e federe per i cuscini. Vi è parcheggio per auto e deposito bici.

Lakehouse 68 ist: "Wohnen in der ersten Reihe." Ein wunderschönes, neues Ferienhaus, (ca. 100m²) 3 Schlafzimmer/ 6 Schlafplätze direkt am Ufer des Gardasees, zwischen Bardolino und Lazise gelegen, mit privatem Steg. Der Neubau des Hauses wurde im Frühjahr 2023 fertiggestellt. Die beeindruckende Außenterrasse hat einen direkten Seeblick, genauso das Wohn/Esszimmer. Der Steg ist zur alleinigen, privaten Nutzung unserer Gäste. Lazise ist zu Fuß am See entlang (autofrei) in 10-12 Min. erreichbar.

Entspannen Sie sich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser ruhig und herrlich gelegenen Unterkunft am Ufer des Ledrosees. Das Anwesen besteht aus einem über 1000 m² großen Bereich. Das Haus besitzt einen direkten und privaten Zugang zum See und eine zum Wasser ausgerichtete Frühstücksterrasse. Ideal zum Sonnen, Baden und Boot anlegen. Entlang des Grundstücks befindet sich ein ausgebauter Weg, der sich um den ganzen See erstreckt und sich bestens für Spaziergänge sowie zum Fahrradfahren eignet.

La Casa Verde è immersa nella tranquillità e gode di una bellissima vista sul Golfo di Salò. Il centro del paese - con il lungolago, i negozi e le spiagge - si raggiunge con una passeggiata di pochi minuti.
