This amazing 150+ square meter apartment is situated in the heart of the Stone Town in Zanzibar. On the third floor of the first British Consulate in East Africa., it is a walk through history. Livingstone, Burton, Speak, Kirk, Grant and Nishal have lived here at some time in history. Its veranda has wonderful views of the sea, beach and Forodhani Gardens. The sunsets from it are amazing. Its minutes away from the best restaurants, bars, ATM machine, post office and taxi stands.

The Studio is in the Groundfloor. It has a sleeping room, a separate toilet/shower and a open kitchen/eating place to the garden. Everything is surrounded by African Art from Forster-Gallery. The pool size is 10 x 3m. A time window for private use of pool can be arranged. A sandy beach is reachable by 2 minutes walking. Port and airport in 10 minutes drive.
