We fell in love with Hayward for the same reason so many people do: the lakes, the quiet, the slower pace, and how easy it is to feel connected to nature. The Cabin for Two sits at the end of a private road on a small wilderness lake, surrounded by county forest. Wildlife is part of daily life here. Loons call across the water, swans and other waterfowl pass through, and deer regularly move through the yard. In the warmer months, bears occasionally travel through the area.

Explore thousands of acres of public forest land and enjoy endless miles of some of the best recreational trails Wisconsin has to offer. The Hideaway on Lake Namakagon is a 4-season lake cabin, nestled in the trees on two acres of land with 300+ feet of shoreline and a dock on beautiful Lake Namakagon! Bring your boat(s), snowmobiles, or cross country skis - we have ample parking and docks for renters' use. NOTE: We have another cabin next door for groups that need a larger or additional space. The Hilltop on Lake Namakagon can sleep up to twelve.
