Blue Gum Cottage is a tiny home on farmland overlooking the gum trees and horses. Enjoy the cozy indoor fire (wood provided) and outdoor fire pit. Beautiful for a country getaway 10 minutes to McLaren Vale & Willunga and just down the road from Kuitpo forest. Many incredible restaurants and wineries nearby. Indoor wood fire & full kitchen facilities and rainwater. Fast Starlink internet. Outdoor deck with BBQ, fire pit, wood fired pizza oven and views overlooking the farm. Peace and quiet.

Chesterdale

Chesterdale is in the heart of Kuitpo forest on 32 acres, surrounded by 8,900 acres of pine plantations and native forests. Perfect for walking and riding, the Heysen and Kidman trails are accessible through our back gate. Famous McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills wineries are nearby. While the guest suite is attached to the main house, it is quite separate and totally private. A 50 minute drive from Adelaide’s CBD and a 20 minute drive from southern beaches, it is perfect for a weekend escape.

Most of the furniture, photos and ornaments come with a story of where they fit in the Strout timeline. Additionally, there are more than 20 cellar doors within a 1.5km, including Leconfield, Wirra Wirra and Down The Rabbit Hole, this is the perfect location to explore the McLaren Vale wine region..
