Come have fun at The Coastal Cottage. This newly updated home is only a minute walk to your private beach and is the main floor of the home. Enter into the comfortable living room, with coastal boho vibes and a large sectional couch. One bedroom has a Queen bed, the other has a full and twin bunk bed and a crib. Enjoy the large kitchen with large dining table, breakfast nook and massive granite island. Enjoy grilling, the outdoor shower, or hang in the courtyard to relax with family and friends.

The Landing at Cohasset Harbor

Welcome to "The Landing," our tranquil barn retreat, nestled in Cohasset Harbor. This space offers the perfect setting to unwind. We have two queen beds, one in a loft and one in the main area, and a full bath with a clawfoot tub and shower. The barn sits behind our main house on the edge of a marsh and a river that leads into the ocean. Enjoy being directly across from Cohasset Harbor and just a 7 minute walk up the street to lovely downtown Cohasset with its shops, restaurants and bars.

Located in the geographical middle of Boston you can get to anywhere in the city within 20 minutes including Harvard/MIT, Downtown, Fenway, Hynes Convention Center, Seaport and more. This pseudo apartment on the first floor is separate from the rest of the house and has its own private entrance, a private bathroom and a dedicated off street parking spot.
