In the morning we will provide you with a continental breakfast of cereal, toast and a beverage to start your day.

Situated on the sunny side of the hill "The Large House" is one of the oldest homes in Napier. Built in the 1880's it has grand rooms, ornate fireplaces, high ceilings, spacious balconies and is surrounded by a wild organic garden which is very secluded. A 10 minute steep walk to Marine Parade and central Napier. We provide breakfast in the conservatory. Relax on the sun dappled balcony and experience sea views and birdsong whilst surrounded by large mature trees.
