A cross trainer is available or rent our Bikes @ $5 per hour, $15 a half day or $25 per full day, each.

You will enjoy a recently renovated space which is spacious, quiet, and romantic. Quality linen, furniture and fixtures. Deep bath. Spend time in the 2 living spaces, one where you relax and watch the ships sail in, or in the study with over a 800 books to choose from - a reader’s delight. Sleep in late and have a delicious cooked breakfast.

Situated on the sunny side of the hill "The Large House" is one of the oldest homes in Napier. Built in the 1880's it has grand rooms, ornate fireplaces, high ceilings, spacious balconies and is surrounded by a wild organic garden which is very secluded. We provide breakfast in the conservatory. Relax on the sun dappled balcony and experience sea views and birdsong whilst surrounded by large mature trees. A 10 minute steep walk to Marine Parade, central Napier and its many restaurants.
