Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and Amazon Fire TV (Magenta TV). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

Här finner du lugnet, skogen och naturen in på knuten och här har du möjlighet att bo ca 10 meter från vatten och Göta Kanal. Ett helt unikt läge för bad, sol (förhoppningsvis), vila och möjligheter till fin natur. Se båtarna passera precis utanför ditt fönster. - Litet men välutrustad kök. - 3 separata sovrum finns varav en med dubbelsäng och två med enkelsäng. - extra bäddsoffa i vardagsrum. - Nyinstallerade luft/luft pump säkerställer en jämn temperatur inomhus. - TV med Fiber uppkoppling.

Liten och mysig stuga i Tiveden

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna fridfulla oas. En personlig liten stuga med fyra bäddar som jag växelvis bor i och därmed delar jag mitt hem med dig kära gäst. Nära till Undens klara vatten med möjlighet till bad. Nationalparken ligger drygt 1 mil bort med fantastisk vandring, kanske en tur till Sannerud, gamla Tivedens lanthandel som nu heter Curry 23 som serverar korvmeny dryck, öl & vin. Ca 2,5 km bort, öppet tisdag till lördag 11:30 - 19:00 Många möjligheter för upplevelser i Tiveden.

Härligt hus på landet

Välkommen till Snickargården i natursköna Stora Mosshult, Tiveden! Här hyr ni ett charmigt nyrenoverat hus byggt 1886 med plats för upp till 8 gäster. I huset finns alla bekvämligheter från våran tid men med sparade detaljer från förr. Vandringsleder och badsjö finns inom gångavstånd. Tivedens sevärdheter ligger på nära avstånd och går att nå med cykel eller bil. Sängkläder, handdukar och slutstädning ingår. Vi kan tyvärr inte ta emot husdjur, då många av våra gäster är pälsallergiker.

Välkommen till familjen Nilssons lilla stuga. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Extra sovplatser finns i gäststugan. Sjön syns från stugan två badplatser finns inom gångavstånd. Möjlighet att ta med egen båt sjösättningsramp finns i hamnen. Mataffär ca 3km. Många trevliga och fina utflyktsmål i närområdet. Bla. Tivedens nationalpark, Karlsborg, Töreboda, Göta Kanal. Skötsam hund är välkommen. Uteplatsen är inhängnad. 800m från stugan kan man se älg vid skymning.

This cozy cottage is located in Undenäs, on the edge of a little holiday park. From the house you have a beautiful view of the area and you can walk into the forest for a lovely walk. Do not forget to walk along the viewpoint and enjoy the surroundings. The cottage is close to the National Nature Park Tiveden, where you can enjoy beautiful walks. Or visit in Karlsborg the fortress, minigolf, the Göta Canal or Forsvik Bruk where you can see 600 years of Swedish industrial history.

Welcome to Sörgården and our horse farm! Enjoy all four seasons from the top floor, with a stunning view of Lake Bottensjön to the west. This modern house from 2022 offers 45 sqm of living space. The apartment shares the building with two other units. Perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. One bed is a sofa bed, which may not suit two adults. Feel free to book our floating sauna on the lake – 500 SEK per session. Relax and enjoy the unique tranquility by the water!

About this space The cottage is located 4 km from Sjötorp and 10 km from Lyrestad. You can easily reach both villages by bike. Göta Canal runs through them, offering cozy cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, swimming spots, and museums. In the pictures, you can also see the beautiful sea buckthorn area, just a 10-minute bike ride away. A perfect getaway for nature lovers, families, or travelers passing through. Bicycles are available for rent.
