Sandalwood House is a large classically styled house with lovely high ceilings and beautiful recently refurbished wooden floors. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 with its own ensuite and all beds are fitted with electric blankets. It has a large kitchen/eating area and a separate dining room with a character table that seats 10. Generous parking available and also a covered garage. Walking distance to the town and amenities including the Library/ Art Gallery, Premier Mill Hotel/Dome and the Rec Centre.

Cosy caravan in a rural setting

This cosy and comfortable caravan sits permanently under shelter with an outdoor paved area. Relatively private (15 metres from the main house's outbuildings) it's surrounded by trees, gardens and rural landscapes. Interior of this retro 1980s van has been lovingly decorated with sumptuous red velvet soft furnishings and non toxic, eco paint. Basic but functional small kitchen. Comfy double bed located behind a partitioned concertina door Lounge area can convert to bunk beds for 2 kids.

Serpentine-y Luxury Country Escape

Serpentine-y is nestled in the picturesque and serene Serpentine hills. 1hr from Perth, this boutique equestrian farm is an ideal escape. The modern accommodation includes a private grassed area to soak up the tranquillity. The farm backs onto the Serpentine National Park and is a short walk from Serpentine Falls and Munda Biddi trails. Nessy's Nest is a cosy, historical cottage in the heart of Narrogin (circa 1890) at the gateway of Western Australia's Upper Great Southern Region. 2 minute walk to shops and the centre of town, and 2 minute drive to the indoor swimming and sporting precincts and newly opened skate park. 20 metres from a lovely afternoon walk along the winning sculpture park of Narrogin Creek, the newly renovated railway museum.

Step inside, and you'll find a comfortable living space that retains its original charm while offering everything you need. It’s good value for money, however if you prefer new and shiny this may not be the house for you. It’s well maintained and built in the 1940s.

Carol’s Cottage

Get cosy and settle into this rustic space. This little cottage is fully self contained. It is embedded into our garden with access through the back. There is a coded walk through gate and you can park within the property. You just have to open and close the gates manually. There is a fully operational pool which can be used by all guests as well as owners. The photographs show the beauty of the cottage.

All our cottages are set up as a Couples Retreat, decorated with light colours that complement the farm experience. Calming and restfull peace and quiet. Nestled in a lovely spot and the forest conservation zone that offers space to ride bikes or take a walk. Close enough to town to enjoy the local events but far enough away to lap up the ambiance of farm.

Forest Edge Cottage Dwellingup

A spacious cottage located directly opposite the forest. It has a beautiful native garden with a relaxed country vibe. A short walk to town and many tracks to explore across the road. This is a great space to get away, relax and unwind. Enjoy the view from the front verandah or relax in front of the log fire.
