The Granary at Malt House Farm

The Granary at Malt House Farm is a contemporary, comfortable, self-contained holiday letting on the outskirts of tranquil Ufford. Welcome to our cosy glamorous shepherd’s hut, set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. The Coach House, Melton, Woodbridge

The house is a converted coach house set in beautiful gardens and an ideal base from which to explore the area's many attractions. There are two double rooms (one of which can be converted to a twin) both with ensuites. Fully furnished chalet style kitchen, with an induction hob and small fridge with an ice box. Perfect for creating light meals and additional fridge storage is available if needed. Cozzy living area with smart TV and circular table for seating 4.

The Cottage is at the end of a pretty tree-lined drive set in the 12 acre grounds of Street Farm. It is a beautiful setting with water meadow and streams, surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. The cottage is detached and well away from the farmhouse making it a wonderfully peaceful and secluded place to relax. There are many footpaths to explore straight from the Cottage, with both the River Deben and Newbourne Springs Nature Reserve in easy walking distance.

Private annex for two people with own entrance door leading to Private Double Bedroom, Private Kitchen/Dining Room and Private Bath/Shower Room. Situated in a quiet residential area with off road parking. 20 minutes walk to the pretty town center of Woodbridge with its individual shops, cinema, swimming pool and the beautiful River Deben. Woodbridge Train Station has a taxi rank, 5 minutes by Taxi or a 20 minute walk from us.
