Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

Geschirrtücher , Handtücher , Bettwäsche und WC-Papier werden 1 x gestellt . Haustiere nicht erlaubt ! In der Wohnung befinden sich 2 abgesperrte Räume , die nur vom Eigentümer genutzt werden können .

Sie verfügt über zwei große Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, ein separates Esszimmer, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Wanne, ein separates WC, einen großen Eingangsbereich, eine Loggia, und Abstellräume. Aufgrund der Größe und Aufteilung eignet sich die Wohnung für bis zu fünf Personen. Ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes die Parkettböden knarren.

Im Winter sind die Talstationen des Skiparadieses Muttereralm + Axamer Lizum in wenigen Minuten per Auto oder Skibus erreichbar. Nach einem Tag auf der Piste entspannt man im Whirlpool mit herrlichem Blick auf das Karwendelgebirge
