Stroll to the Beach at El Cabañal from a Unique House

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.

Nice apartment in a typical Valencian house from the 19th century, recently renovated, with all commodities. The apartment, which is on the first floor, has a nice balcony, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the famous Ruzafa Area, with a lot of bars, restaurants, and lively nightlife. Only 20 minutes walk to the city center and to the famous Oceanographic and The City of The Arts and The Sciences. Well connected to all places and the beach!.All amenities around.

Situado a 5 minutos del Jardín del antiguo cauce del Turia y a 5 min de la estación de metro de Ángel Guimerá, principal estación de conexión con línea directa al aeropuerto, puerto, playas y conexión con las líneas al centro y Alameda. El apartamento está en un bonito edificio restaurado en una quinta planta con ascensor.

Totalmente renovado, el loft en planta baja cuenta con una sala de estar, zona de comedor cocina, dormitorio y una terraza interior. Pueden dormir 4 personas, en una cama doble y un sofá cama comodísimos! A escasos metros de Casa Montaña, a 5 minutos de la playa y del tranvía. Muy bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad, Ciutat vella, la estación de tren, el aeropuerto, etc!!

Perfect for a couple or a couple with one or two children. We do not recommend for two couples or 4 adults as the bed and sofa bed are in the same room! For guests with no or bad reviews a deposit of 200€ is required upon arrival to be returned upon check out if no damage was done. Quite, authentic Spanish neighbourhood with bars and restaurants to try local dishes, tapas and paellas. Pharmacy, supermarket, bus, metro and city bicycle all within 5 minutes of walking.

Spacious, bright, design-focused, historical…words that define this unique space, which showcases the uniqueness of turn-of-the-century Valencian architecture with carefully selected contemporary furniture. First floor of a traditional house, of which few remain. All the facade woodwork has been renovated in natural wood. It features a terrace where you can relax with a book or enjoy a glass of wine in a green atmosphere. It is next to Ruzafa, the trendy neighborhood.
