Die Wohnung liegt in sehr sonniger & ruhiger Lage in Birkach, ca. 3 km vom Ortszentrum Pfunds entfernt und bietet einen großartigen Blick ins obere Inntal. Die Gastronomie u. Geschäfte sind mit dem PKW in ca. 5, zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die großen Fenster erhellen die Räumlichkeiten und bieten eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Die naheliegenden Sommer- & Wintersportregionen Schöneben (I), Samnaun (CH), Nauders, Serfaus, Fiss-Ladis sind in wenigen Fahrminuten mit Auto/ Skibus zu erreichen!

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Das "Bella Vista Apartments" in Nauders besteht aus 5 Ferienwohnungen, welche alle hell und komfortabel eingerichtet sind. Entspannen sie nach einem ereignisreichen Tag in unserem feinen Wellnessbereich mit Ruhezone, Sauna, Erlebnisdusche und Infrarot-Schwebeliegen. Eine sichere Garage für Fahrräder mit Lade- und Reparaturmöglichkeit steht ebenso zur Verfügung. Die Schiausrüstung kann im Schiraum mit beheizten Schuhtrockner gelagert werden. Im Sommer besteht im Garten eine Grillmöglichkeit.

Ferienwohnung - 1 Schlafzimmer & Terrasse/Garten

Unser neues Apartment (Ferienwohnung) wird Mitte August 2024 fertig gestellt sein. Es bietet sich optimal für 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder an. Es verfügt über ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch, einen Esstisch sowie eine geräumige Küche. Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein Doppelwaschbecken und einer Dusche. Die Toilette ist separat. Weiters gibt es eine schöne private Terrasse mit Garten und Liegestühlen. Parkplatz, Skiraum mit Skischuhtrockner kostenfrei an der Unterkunft.

Alles Comfortappartement, Beim diesem Appartementpreis ist keine Premiumcard includiert Kurtaxe wir vor Ort berechnet €3,50 pro Person pro Nacht im Sommer. Von Jänner bis Februar werden unsere Appartements nur von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Sie können die Bilder der Appartements auf meiner Homepage ansehen. Frühstück können Sie vor Ort mit buchen. €20 pro Person pro Tag. Das Waschen und Trocknen der Wäsche kostet pro Waschgang €10 und ist nicht kostenfrei.

Life Arlberg! Welcome to the new family apartment house "Am Gehren" in Warth. The house is situated in a quite lonely surrounding near to an wild river. You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

The holiday apartment Mühlanderhof Apt Klopairspitze is located in Resia. The 45 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area includes a balcony.
