Overlook the City's Rooftops at a Bright, Bohemian Haven

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! During your stay, you can always reach out if you need any assistance or if you have questions. The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. All guests have a private apartment, there is 1 apartment per level. So there is a lot of privacy. Downstairs we have a laundry, which you can use. We have a chocolate atelier, where you are always welcome ! The setting is immediately adjacent to the city's famous Graffiti Street. A tasting in the chocolate studio below is a must, after which stroll to some of Ghent's many boutiques, and perhaps the weekend antiques market in nearby St Jacob's Square. From the railway station, you take the MAIN tram line no 1 to the city centre, we are at 300m from the stop GRAVENSTEEN (castle)

Classy penthouse with terrace in the heart of Gent

A guesthouse in style for people with style. Our high-end duplexapartment is very accessibly located in between the 'Kouter' (rectangle square where the Flemish Opera is) and the medieval center (St-Bavo-Cathedral, Graslei, Korenmarkt, Gravensteen to name a few highlights). Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! We called our gem "LaCasitaBelMundo”, just adding the dot Gent, to get the full picture.

Large and modern apartment near Ghent. Located near the Parkbos which is beautiful for long walks. You’re at the beginning of the ‘Vlaamse Ardennen’ which is perfect for bike rides. You would be staying at the crossroad between all the major Belgian cities such as Antwerp, Brussels, Ostend, Bruges and of course Ghent. All three bedrooms have the possibility to convert the single beds to a double bed with the use of topper mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Oasis of tranquillity for hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers, where pets are more than welcome. (a bit difficult for bigger dogs, there are stairs to climb) Situated along cycle route 70, in the middle of nature and yet close to the historical cities of Ghent, Bruges, Courtrai and Antwerp. Enjoy the fresh country air! In our street you can hear chickens cluck, donkeys bray and there are even sheep, cows and only kind people.

Our house is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the station of Ghent. The historical Center can easily be reached on foot or by bus (10- minutes). The University Hospital (UZ) is within walking distance. The house is supplied with all conveniences. It's spacious (145 m2), with a very reliable, high-speed internet connection. This house offers you an ideal place to work, live and feel at home.
