Step out onto a leafy terrace and behold staggering views of the Acropolis before taking a dip in the hot tub. Plenty of light fills this serene apartment, showcasing its light hardwood floors, modern design elements, and stylish furnishings. The 155m2 loft on the 7th floor of a 60's industrial building into the heart of the historical center just few minutes walk from the Acropolis. The loft provides everything for a comfortable and modern stay. It has the capacity of covering the needs of 4 ppl. The perfect place for every guest who wants to stay in Athens and close to the main monuments, as well as for long stays and business travelers. The loft has one bedroom with a kingsize bed, a wardrobe room, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully functional and equipped kitchen. The living room is full of large windows, so you can enjoy the beautiful Acropolis and city view! The balcony comes with a double Jacuzzi to refresh you during the hot summer days in Athens ! The place has been set up to keep satisfied every guest and it can host up to 4 ppl at the same time. Across the street of the apartment is the famous Varvakeios market, the central market of fish, meat and vegetables of Athens, where all the big restaurants buy there the most fresh products to cook, so you can try also yourselves and you can taste the large variety of the mediterranean cuisine. Set in the Psirri neighborhood, the apartment is in the heart of Athens and steps away from trendy shops, bustling nightclubs, and vibrant eateries. Walk for 10 minutes to visit the Acropolis or the Athens University History Museum. It is easily reached from Athens International airport by metro (Blue Line - Monastiraki station - 5-7min walking to the apartment). Or we can easily arrange your pick up from airport/port. Main features of the flat include: A double outdoor jacuzzi ( most guests prefer it cold during the warm summertime days in Athens, in case you wanna be warm you must give us a note in advance or keep it working at your preference temperature for 5-6 hours !) Stay cozy in a small top-floor studio. Then step onto a rooftop terrace with expansive views of Mount Lycabettus and the city. It's a fun and casual space with colorful artwork, vintage ads, rugs, and furnishings. Refresh in a roomy walk-in shower. A modern chic studio apartment with a cosy feel to it, located in the center of a trendy and urban neighborhood in the heart of downtown Athens. Perfect for a couple, a small family or a group of friends, the Little House on the Rooftop is ready to accommodate all of your needs. It is fully equiped with new appliances and a new kitchen, unlimited wifi, a smart TV(32in), airconditioning, and a very spacious double bed and a comfortable sofa bed. Everything you could ever need for your perfect holiday. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Exarcheia, which is known for its nightlife with many bars and pubs everywhere and its bohemic and artistic atmosphere. The "little house" is very close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, only a 15 min walk ( with a lot of sights in between) to Monastiraki square, the real center of touristic attraction. But , if you're not keen about walking, the closest metro station (Panepistimio) is only seven minutes from the house and can connect you to everywhere you could possibly want to go. Near Panepistimio are the stops Syntagma (1 stop), Akropoli (2 stops) and Monastiraki (2 stops, 1 change of lines). With a charge of 20 euros( the equivalent of the subway fair for 2 people),and after arrangement, I am availiable to pick you up from the airport upon your arrival and drive you to the apartment if you wish. Guests have access to the entire studio. After communication I will meet you to escort you to the apartment and give you the necessary information you need regarding transportation, the best tourist locations and to answer any of your questions. From then on, I will be availiable via phone, viber or w-app to help you with anything you need. The apartment is in the neighborhood of Exarcheia, known for its nightlife and bohemian atmosphere. It's close to the historical and touristic center of Athens, and is a 15-minute walk to Monastiraki Square.

Amazing, comfy apt, close to metro and the center!

Bright, clean apartment on the 3rd floor (with an elevator), with original style and large balcony for relaxing moments. A lot of love was put into the DIY decoration and a lot of thought in the selection of amenities for our guests. WiFi is free. 7 min walk from metro. You have easy and quick access to the center via metro, and at the same time the opportunity to return to a quiet and relaxing environment. We are always happy to provide any information or help needed to our guests.
