A newly built home, made with care, good taste and all the anneals to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipted. TV, A/C. Both bedroons have anatomic hypoallergenic mattresses and pillows. A large bathroom with hairdryer and washing machine. Large courtyard with ceilling fan and sun loungers in the courtyard. Ourdoor shower. Only few steps by the sea.Nearby there are taverns, SM, shops, cafes and bars. Thessaloniki airport is approx 35 km away and the Petralona Halidiki Cave 13km

Elevator for top floor apartments stops to the 4th floor. Then you climb a narrow staircase of a few steps to the apartment. Not suitable for people with leg disabilities. Sleeps 3 comfortably.
