Σας καλωσορίζουμε στη νεόκτιστη οικία μας όπου νοικιάζουμε ξεχωριστό lux ημι υπόγειο διαμέρισμα 60τ.μ. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, διαθέτει κήπο, πισίνα στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο. Η είσοδος στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος είναι ιδιωτική για τους καλεσμένους. Το σπίτι απέχει 3' με το αμάξι από την παραλία και 6' απο το κέντρο. The small studio is located on the 3rd floor, in front the beach, in the center of Artemida ideal for holiday, very close to Athens city (aprox. 23km), next to Athens International Airport(4km) and Rafina port (5km) where you can travel to Cyclades islands (Andros,Naxos, Paros, Evia, Myconos). Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Ιn 8km is the Attica Zoological Park and the Glen Mc Arthur shopping center.

Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port.
