This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). This apartment is situated in best position in Split in such calm area called Zvončac in entrance of nature hill Marjan full of trees and beaches. Just 100 m from apartment is the sea and beaches and 10 min by walk trough promenade by the sea and ACI marina you are in center of Split (old town). Apartment is newly renovated with everything what you need. It has 58m2 with small balcony and big one which is amazing and has 30m2 and the sea view is something what you have to see. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

For all those who love the beauty of nature and want to spend their vacation enjoying the benefits it provides and be disturbed only by the chirping of birds and wind noise, we are pleased to offer you a stone Robinson-style house in an olive grove. This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.
