Additionally, guests can enjoy use of our swimming pool. Villa W features free wi-fi, free parking adjoining, private access, an private Weber Q BBQ outdoors on your private patio. Loft queen bed (2 single mattresses can be set up at extra cost).

East Perth Retreat

Welcome to this charming retreat in the heart of East Perth! Nestled in a vibrant and convenient neighborhood, this delightful property offers a cozy and stylish sanctuary for solo travelers or couples seeking a comfortable and centrally located stay without breaking the budget. The area is ultra-convenient, being within Perth City's free CAT bus zone and within the e-scooter riding zone and a short walk to Optus Stadium, cafes and restaurants and the city centre. There is a TV with Netflix.

Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!
