The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

You’ll be a 10 minute walk from the historic town centre of St Ives and a 5 minute walk from the guided bus to Cambridge. Alternatively being just off the A14 it’s a 20 minute drive approx. The house is surrounded by beautiful wild trails, rivers, villages and countryside for the rambler, kayaker (perfect for another perspective) and cyclist. Our beautiful town centre is a 15 minute walk which includes plenty of independent shops, restaurants and pubs all based on the flow of the Great River Ouse. Bus stop within a 5 minute walk to travel into the centre of the historic city of Cambridge or Huntingdon both with train stations with direct links to London, Peterborough & more. We offer free on site parking with a driveway that can accommodate 3+ vehicles comfortably. Our home also offers an enclosed rear patio that includes a bbq.

Opened in Sept 2020, the Annexe is bright and comfortable. It is in the beautiful village of Needingworth, close to St Ives and within easy reach of Cambridge. There are many scenic walks nearby. The Annexe is adult only and is a cosy apartment which includes a living room with kitchenette (microwave cooking only), a bedroom with king-sized bed and a shower room with walk-in shower. There is off road parking. Look out for all the little touches that make your stay complete!

Honey Hill Lodge

Located in the pretty village of Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire. Less than 2 miles away from the historic market town of St.Ives and just 10 miles away from the stunning city of Cambridge this ideally placed bolt hole is in the perfect location for exploring the area. Honey Hill Lodge is fully equipped and sits in a quite corner of the village and nestled in our family garden with lovely views across the lawn and the surrounding fields.
