Our newly renovated Ancestral house, has a 2 car garage, a front lawn, a large porch, 1 large bedroom with a queen size bed, one single bed and one double deck bed with private toilet & bath and aircondition. 2nd bedroom with double deck bed and aircondition and private fridge and cabinet. We have an open space layout living room connecting to the 6 seater dining table and full size kitchen with a common toilet & bath. The backyard is our favorite place to hang out with. It has a small private pool, 4 deck chairs, a swing and a hammock. A place perfect for picnics and afternoon siestas.

Secured sub-division with 24-7 security guards. Close to City Mall & Robinsons Place. One jeepney ride to Ayala Mall & SM Malls. Tricycle and taxis ordered from guardhouse. Chapel is situated in subdivision. 15 minutes by car from the airport. Breakfast and dinner can be provided for additional payment.

This home away from home is clean, comfortable, peaceful, and beautifully decorated. It has three bedrooms, and two full-size bathrooms. All three bedrooms have air conditioners, as well as the living room. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and cookware. The fiber Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which is great for remote work. It is located in the quiet neighborhood, with a 24/7 security guard. It is a seven to eight minute drive to the new government center, restaurants, and malls.
